Over the years, we at inico DIGITAL, in Lisburn have forged a fruitful partnership with Metadeck, based in Derry, our collaboration has not only produced cutting-edge digital products, but also delivered tangible benefits to communities across the region.
The partnership between inico DIGITAL, headed by Damien Caldwell, and Metadeck, led by Declan McDonough, began in 2018 when the two companies met on the Techies in Residence programme. This was a respected initiative designed to connect tech talent with the voluntary and community sector. Since then, our collaboration has grown from strength to strength, combining our complementary skillsets to deliver standout digital solutions.
Each company brings something distinct to the table with inico DIGITAL specialising in building smarter digital solutions, designing and developing eLearning platforms, digital education content, custom websites, machine learning applications, generative AI solutions for education and AI powered chatbots, while Metadeck offers deep technical expertise, excels in UX design and creative direction, providing a user-first approach to product design. Each company is actively engaged in mobile app development, distinguished by their exceptional ability to generate innovative ideas.
Together, inico DIGITAL and Metadeck form a dynamic partnership that consistently delivers digital solutions that are not only functional but engaging and impactful.
Among the projects we’ve co-developed is FundReady, a funding information and support service that has helped countless organisations navigate the complexities of securing financial support. More recently, our teams have worked on myecoapp, a ground-breaking platform designed to improve both the quality and quantity of recyclable materials in Northern Ireland households. The app is already receiving positive feedback for its ability to change behaviours and support environmental sustainability at a local level.
