Overview
From 2019 to 2023, inico DIGITAL led the end-to-end design and delivery of a transformative AI-powered eLearning system for careers guidance. This innovative solution was developed to support both learners and careers professionals with interactive, personalised online training.

Our Solution
inico DIGITAL designed and developed 21 interactive eLearning modules covering seven essential careers topics. The learning experience was built around customer-centric design principles, with a focus on accessibility, engagement, and real-world impact.
A key innovation was the integration of generative AI, which provided individualised support and dynamic content adaptation within each module. This feature enabled the system to respond to learner progress and personalise guidance in real time – delivering a truly adaptive learning environment.
To support careers professionals, we developed a drillable data dashboard that offers real-time insights into user progress and performance. This tool allows professionals to monitor engagement, identify needs, and offer targeted support – dramatically improving the effectiveness of careers advice.
