Overview
In 2023, inico DIGITAL partnered with Aetopia and 5 Force DAMS to transform the digital learning experience for their digital asset and evidence management system. This high-impact project focused on creating interactive training content for both law enforcement professionals and the general public, ensuring users could confidently navigate and utilise the platform.

Our Solution
inico DIGITAL designed and developed an engaging eLearning program using modern instructional design and simulation-based techniques. Key components included:
- “Show Me” walkthroughs: clear visual guidance through platform features
- “Try Me” simulations: interactive exercises enabling practical user engagement
- Professionally produced videos that illustrated workflows and real-world use cases
To deliver this, we utilised Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, TechSmith Camtasia and Final Cut Pro, ensuring each module was polished, responsive and aligned with the end-users’ needs.
