Colleen Caldwell

Director

At the heart of project delivery, Colleen turns complex challenges into simple, impactful digital solutions. As Lead Product and Hybrid Project Manager she combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, keeping every project aligned with client goals.

With a strong foundation in both product and project management, she steers interdisciplinary teams through shifting priorities while keeping every stakeholder engaged and informed. Her expertise in agile and hybrid delivery helps us move fast, stay flexible and deliver results that matter.

Damien Caldwell

Director

Damien is the technical lead behind many of our most forward-thinking solutions. As Senior Software Designer and AI Consultant he brings deep expertise in intelligent systems and software design, so our products anticipate what is next rather than just meeting expectations.

Currently completing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, he works at the intersection of academic research and real-world impact — leading development of platforms that bring together advanced AI, data integration and intelligent automation for the public and third sectors.
