What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are
inico DIGITAL ("we", "us", "our") is a digital solutions company based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to respond to you or run this site.

Our lawful basis
- Legitimate interests. Responding to enquiries you send us, and running and securing this website.
- Consent. Optional analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time through cookie settings.
- Legal obligation. Where we must retain records for tax, accounting or regulatory reasons.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries. Retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Job applications. Retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner, or you join us.
- Analytics. Retained in line with our analytics provider's standard retention period.
- Client records. Retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for legal and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:
- Our website hosting provider.
- Our form handling provider, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email provider.
- Our analytics provider, only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and we review those measures regularly.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data where there is no continuing reason for us to hold it.
- Object to or ask us to restrict our processing.
- Ask us to transfer your data to another provider.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
